We guarantee that we will replace faulty goods within 12 months of purchase.

Please ensure that you enter the correct postal address when submitting your order. Unfortunately we are unable to assume responsibility for orders involving incorrect postal or delivery address supplied at the time of ordering. Nor can we assume responsibility for incorrect orders.
Any additional costs incurred as the result of incorrect order, decision not to proceed with order, inability to deliver goods to the nominated address or incorrect/insufficient postal details being provided at checkout are the responsibility of the purchaser. This includes charges relating to secure payment gateway fees or PayPal processing fees. In the case of incorrect order details being provided by the purchaser at checkout we reserve the right to deduct delivery fees associated with that incorrect order.
