How long will delivery take?

You will be notified via email when your goods have been dispatched. Deliveries are currently extended owing to current LOCKDOWN in major Austrlian Cities. Within Australia expect at least 8-10 business days while international deliveries may take between 2-3 weeks from the date of dispatch.

How are orders from the Kegels Shop delivered?

Orders within Australia are delivered via Australia Post Parcel Post to your nominated delivery address. International orders are delivered via air mail and your national postal service.

What if I'm not home to receive my order?

If you’re not home to receive your order you will be left a card to pick up your goods from your local post office.

Can I have my parcel sent to a PO Box?

Yes, you can have your goods sent to Post Office Box within Australia or worldwide.

How can I track my order?

Orders within Australia can be tracked using your tracking number. Please email us if you would like your parcel tracking number. To track your order enter your tracking number using this link

What information appears on my package?

Packaging is discreet. No mention of our business or nature of your order is visible on the plain white packaging. Your goods are sealed inside your package so that in the case of opening by mistake, the contents cannot be readily accessed.

Your package will be labelled with your name and address. The sender address appears as Healthy Resolutions Pty Ltd, PO Box 8054, Cleveland QLD 4163 Australia.

Can I have my order delivered elsewhere as a discreet gift?

Yes of course, simply enter your preferred delivery address during checkout.

How secure is the Online Kegels Shop?

Your transaction is protected with SSL encryption powered by GlobalSign GMO Internet Group. All credit card transactions are via SecurePay, a major Australian provider of secure electronic payment services. SecurePay holds the highest possible level of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) accreditation.

Our website never has complete access to your credit card details or your PayPal account.

What payment methods can I use?

The Kegels shop accepts Visa, American Express (no surcharge), Master Card and PayPal.

Postal orders can be made available by downloading our order form.

Will I be charged additional tax?

No, all our advertised product prices are inclusive of tax. Many of our products are tax-free as they are registered with the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods.

Do I receive an invoice with my order?

Your invoice is emailed to you when your order has been processed for despatch. Should you require an additional invoice simply contact us.

I'm a health or fitness professional, how do I order?

We provide product discounts for professionals distributing our products. Please contact us before placing your order.
